As the weather starts to warm up and the days get longer, it means one thing: baby's first steps are just around the corner! Help your little one make a smooth transition from crawling to walking with the right pair of shoes. Read on for our top tip to choose the perfect Spring shoes for your new walker.
Spring Baby Shoes For Learning To Walk
When will my baby take her first steps and how can I prepare?
You baby will start walking when she's ready, usually between 10 and 18 months.  She'll learn to walk on her own, but you can help her take her first steps by keeping her feet free from restrictive footwear that may cause her to loose her balance, trip, or prevent her feet from gripping the ground.

How can I choose the right shoes for my baby?
Pediatricians will tell you that barefoot is best, but sometimes your baby's foot needs a little extra warmth and protection.  When your new walker is ready to leave the house, look for shoes with soft flexible soles that don't restrict your baby's ability to feel and grip the ground.
Cabooties baby shoes were designed by a mom especially for her children's first steps, so you can trust that they'll be just what your little one needs during this exciting time too!
